Charles R. Everett Jr., Principal
 
Prior to establishing Everett & Associates, Mr. Everett served nine years as the Commissioner of Aviation at Syracuse   Hancock   International   Airport in New York; two years managing City of Syracuse municipal operations; and three years directing the Syracuse Metropolitan Transportation Council. During his tenure with the City of Syracuse, he facilitated the development and completion of major capital improvement projects and programs, including the City of Syracuse Comprehensive Plan; Redevelopment of Clinton Square; Airport Terminal Expansion and Renovation; Discover the Airport Exhibit; and the establishment of the Air Service Development Program. In addition, prior to locating in Central New York, he spent five years employed by various national consulting engineering firms performing aviation and transportation planning.  Also, he has served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force Reserve and New York Air National Guard in several functional areas, including logistics readiness and plans.

Mr. Everett is a Professional Member of the Institute of Management Consultants and other professional associations involved in planning, operations and management in aviation and transportation. Most notably, Mr. Everett served as the President of the New York Aviation Management Association and New York Upstate Section of the Institute of Transportation Engineers. He holds a Bachelors degree in Urban Studies with a major concentration in Transportation Planning from the University of Pennsylvania.
